Clash Portraiture

2011

A mission to capture the essence of a band or singer by visually representing their musical style through portraiture. Using fingers, old towels, an array of old dirty brushes and palette knifes, copious amounts of acrylic paint and impasto are thrown, smudged, smeared and scraped onto black card or canvas to create an impression of the musician.
